Doreen Frimpong-Brago, Psy.D.
Life Coach
We each have within us what it takes to thrive and make meaningful change. Through this lens, I walk alongside my clients with grace, compassion, and candor to help increase awareness of themselves and discover unsuccessful approaches to life and interpersonal issues thus far. As a life coach, I draw from an integrated and culturally sensitive framework; I utilize psychodynamic, strengths-based, mindfulness, and PACT-informed approaches to help my clients resolve internal and interpersonal conflicts, address attachment wounds, develop adaptive coping mechanisms, and arrive at deeper and meaningful relationships with themselves and others.
