Doreen Frimpong-Brago, Psy.D.
ABOUT ME
We each have within us what it takes to thrive and make meaningful change. Through this lens, I walk alongside my clients with grace, compassion, and candor to help increase awareness of themselves and discover unsuccessful approaches to life and interpersonal issues thus far. Drawing from an integrated and culturally-sensitive framework, I utilize psychodynamic, strengths-based, mindfulness, and PACT-informed approaches to help clients resolve internal and interpersonal conflicts, address attachment wounds, develop adaptive coping mechanisms, and arrive at deeper and meaningful relationship with themselves and others.
